Those Emerald Earrings

Earlier today, I mentioned a pair of emerald earrings. They just happen to be my birthstone and a gift from my husband a few Christmases ago. He tends to turn over the gift buying to Britt, but for this particular Christmas, he went out all by himself and picked the most gorgeous pair of emerald studs. Do you have any idea how many different shades of green emeralds come in?? Lets just say that some are prettier than others and when he picked out my Christmas present, the shade of green was absolutely amazing!!

Here’s hoping he “out does” himself Christmas 2006!
