It’s a Bracelet Kind of Day
There are lots of outfits that call out for just one piece of jewelry and today I’m in the mood for an interesting bracelet. And this is it!
Stephanie Riger knitted her way through classes in college and macrame’d through graduate school. She began jewelry making about eight years ago and quickly became addicted to bead and wire crochet, which she teaches in the San Francisco Bay area. Her wire wrapped mermaid pin won the Creative Wire Jewelry Forum Design Challenge in March, 2005. Her work appears in Bead & Button and Step by Step Wire Jewelry magazines and is forthcoming in Art Jewelry.
