Christmas Slippers - Comfort Food for the Feet
It has been a tradition for years and years for everyone in the family (except Britt) to receive a pair of slippers for Christmas. During the winter months, I literally live in mine. But for some reason the slipper gene never got passed along to our darling daughter. She prefers a pair of indoor running shoes instead. But I have to admit, she doesn’t have to slather her feet with foot lotions to keep the dry skin at bay. I don’t know if it has anything to do with wearing running shoes, but there is definitely a difference.
But I still prefer a pair of comfy slippers. It’s almost like comfort food for the feet!
